What is PassRite's average achievement rate?

Currently 97-100% students achieve the required standard.

 

English is my second language, can I bring a translator to my course?

Yes, you can bring a translator ONLY to the theory courses and cannot be a family member

You will need to advise our office staff if you are bringing a translator upon booking

I need assistance with reading and writing can I still sit the course?

Yes, we reccommend 1-on-1 training for theory with an instructor please contact our office (09) 636-0111 or 0800 PASSRITE (72777483) to discuss further and to book in

Im running late for my course, will I stil be able to attend?

I want to sit my Learners, Restricted or Full car (Class 1) drivers licence, can I book a test with PassRite?

No, all car driver licence practical tests are conducted by VTNZ 

Learner licence theory tests can be booked by AA or VTNZ

You can book online for a class 1 driver licence practical tests through the NZTA website https://online.nzta.govt.nz/licence-test/

 

I lost my certificate how do I get a re-issue?

Please call our office (09) 636-0111 or 0800 PASSRITE (72777483) to discuss cost and get a replacement certificate

(Dangerous Goods Endorsement certificates cannot be re-issued if you have lost the certificate without getting it endorsed onto your driver licence more than 60 days from the assessment date of your course, if it has been longer than 60 days you will need to re-sit the course)

How can I pay?

Eftpos - Credit card transactions also accepted through our eftpos facilities (VISA /Mastercard /Union Pay)

Cash

Credit/Debit Card  via online payment portal (Visa /Mastercard /Union Pay) - all transactions made through our website payment portal (STRIPE) incurr transaction fees and are non-refundable

Can I pay by StudyLink with a Stuent Loan?

No, PassRite courses are of short duration and do not qualify for student loan funding we however do accept other forms of payment please refer to FAQ how can I pay?

 

I paid online through Stripe on your website, when should i recieve my receipt?

Payments made through stripe take 6-10 working days to be received by PassRite, your receipt should be emailed to you within 10 working days

 

I no longer want to complete my course I booked, what do I do?
